When Agency X started working with Smartpolis, we had to understand the magnitude of this project and the wide usability of the softwares associated. This was to be a globally marketed portal, with a variety of software applications and connectivity. We decided that to properly market this software we must make our offerings look clean & modern. We made it our goal to present something that was contemporary and accessible by everyone.

Agency X was tasked with developing branding, an informational website for Smartpolis, the user portal, as well as various marketing materials, including brochures. Under the guidance of our client, Agency X developed a logo that encompassed the brands identity of being a modern platform. Our next task was to develop informational content that could be downloaded or sent via email, in order to explain each service as accurately and concise as possible. Once we completed the marketing material, we then took the information and created a stunning website that discusses the platform and all it has to offer.

Once the client was ready to move forward with building their user portal, we were able to deliver a playful but effective UI design, complete with sign-ups, logins, and dashboards.

Through SEO, Agency X was able to drive up user sign-ups & email subscriptions by 27% through organic search. Through paid campaigns, Agency X was able to increase used sign-ups & email subscriptions by 77%.

Based on Agency X’s excellent results in design, development, and increasing brand awareness, we continue to be Smartpolis’ full-service marketing firm, and will be working alongside them to finish the Smartpolis portal.
